Huang Jie Secretary-General
Huang Jie, male, Han nationality, born in Oct. 1964, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job postgraduate, holds a master's degree in laws. Huang currently serves as member of Party Leadership Group and secretary general of Xiamen Municipal People’s Government, secretary of Party Leadership Group for Authorities as a first-level inspector.
Responsibilities
Huang is responsible for work related to the general office of the municipal government and dispatched offices, handling daily affairs of the municipal government and other matters assigned by the mayor.
Huang oversees General Office of the Xiamen Municipal People’s Government.
Huang is in charge of liaison with Liaison Office of Xiamen Municipal People’s Government in Beijing, Liaison Office of Xiamen Municipal People’s Government in Fuzhou.
